We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of items sold to any individual, household, or geographic region on a case-by-case basis.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase an item. Jack Nord retains the right to accept, limit, or reject any order at our discretion. An order is only considered finalized and accepted once we send confirmation. We must successfully process your payment prior to this acceptance. Please double-check your cart before checking out, as our automated system may prevent us from accommodating cancellations once an order enters the processing phase. If we modify or cancel an order, we will notify you using the email, phone number, or billing address provided during checkout, and refund any payment you have made in full.

Any returns or exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. This includes your legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

You confirm that any items purchased from us are for personal or household use only, and are not intended for commercial export or resale.

Our pricing, promotions, and discounts can change at any time without prior warning. The final price for your product will be the one active at the exact moment you place your order, as reflected in your confirmation email. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). UK delivery is free, and you will not be asked to pay any import customs or duties on delivery.

Prices on our website may differ from those found in physical retail locations or on third-party platforms. Occasionally, we run special promotions that may alter pricing; these are governed by their own specific terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotional terms will supersede these standard Terms.

You warrant that:

the credit card details you input are correct;
you are an authorized user of that card;
your card issuer will honor the charges; and

Any provided shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays stemming from customs, carrier issues, or external events beyond our reasonable control. We will deliver your order within 30 days of purchase unless we agree otherwise with you; if we do not, you may cancel your order for a full refund. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate, and ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.
