30 days to change your mind
If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return an item
- Email jacknord.uk@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with your return instructions and address. Please don't send items back before you hear from us.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of opened bedding or bathroom textiles unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay for the return.
